slide me sam error on odys genesis tablet pc

hi i had a tablet pc today and want to install application when i want to use slide me sam there is an error about " The application SlideMe Marketplace(process.com.slideman.sam-manager)has stopped unexpectedly.Please try again."

what should i do plz help me

e.g my connection with wireless

When I start SAM 4.0 I get 555 error.
