Beacon, a free and ad-free, light weight, energy efficient, stripped down version of a security App which would greatly aid you in finding your Android incase its lost. The App uses SMS as its primary means of communication as it’s more reliable than 3G/GPRS/EDGE etc.

Using Beacon is ultra-simple; just send an SMS when its right and it will respond accordingly nearly instantly. It is resilient to SIM change as it has the ability to detect a SIM change and alert a pre-specified number (via SMS) that a SIM change has occurred.

> The thief is very likely to do factory reset
> All apps including ‘Anti Theft Apps’ lost
