Caffeine Monitor for Adults v1.2
This app is for health-conscious people to keep track of how much caffeine they are taking in through their drinks, foods, and vitamins every day. How many drinks can I have today without headaches, sleep disorders or digestion problems? Can I have another or is that unhealthy?
This app uses the research data from the major manufacturers websites against a recommended (and very liberal) limit by the Mayo Clinic, a top medical facility in the United States (as well as other research links), to tell you what to order next automatically:
1) enjoy your next drink!
2) just a small one more
3) switch to decaf
SIMPLE TO USE!
This app assumes that you are purchasing your product in sizes normally found in stores in the United States, consuming the product at once, and calculating the nutrition information from that.
This version is made especially for office workers, work-at-home web designers/developers, emergency personnel working long shifts and people like me who work or study from the coffee shop who always have a bottle or mug of something nearby to get them through.
Brands included are: Coca-Cola, Vitamin Water, Pepsi, Sobe, RC Cola, Dr Pepper, Snapple, Arizona Tea, Panera Bread, Tim Hortons, Dunkin Donuts, Caribou Coffee, Starbucks, Seattle's Best, Jarritos, Guarana, Yerba Mate, Wahaha, Dannon, Hershey's, Haagen-Dazs, Clif Bar, One A Day, Monster, Red Bull, and more!
Brands from the United States, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Austria, and China! More as information is published!
DRINK LOGS MAKE SENSE!
Logs your caffeine consumption in plain english, like, “Today I drank a Trenta Starbucks iced coffee at 7:45am, a can of Mountain Dew at 12:08pm, and a cup of iced tea at 5:10pm” from simple button presses. It does not tell you to drink 8 oz or 1/2 pint or 1 serving or 1 portion.
