CardiAxis v1.0
CardiAxis uses ECG leads (one and three), to calculate the direction (in degrees) of the electrical axis of the heart.
You must enter the net value of referred leads, which are obtained by subtracting the positive wave (R) and the negative wave (S) of the QRS complex on the electrocardiogram.
This application simplifies the job of drawing the leads according to Einthoven plane, draw perpendicular lines on each derivation, draw the vector to the point of intersection of the two perpendicular then know the angle using a protractor.
The usefulness of the application is to speed up the process of getting the exact angle of the direction of the electrical axis of the heart, as it is evidence supporting the diagnosis of certain cardiac pathologies in which this deviates from its normal direction.
