The Platonic Solids are a series of shapes that are unique in that every side is identical, and every vertex the same length. There are only 5 of these Platonic solids, and each one is present within the full version of this live wallpaper:

Tetrahedron - 4 sides
Cube (or Hexahedron) - 6 sides
Octahedron - 8 sides
Dodecahedron - 12 sides
Icosahedron - 20 sides

You also get access to a further 5 shapes: The dice, an 8 pointed star, a 12 pointed star, a 20 pointed star and a 2D square.

With the free version, most of these options will be listed as samples, and will have the text "please upgrade" placed over them, but you can see how they look.

You can also set the colour, speed of rotation and size to suit you, although the options are limited with the free version.

For those who are interested, there is a paid version of this wallpaper available. The paid version offers all of the shapes (with no text overlay), more colour options, the ability to change the background colour, more size options and more speeds, as well as the ability to rotate the shape on two axes, rather than just one.
