Get Disciplined - The X Effect
Our app is based on a proven method of making new habits or breaking old ones.
The premise is easy - make a small goal such as exercising for 5 minutes per day, meditating for 10 minutes per day, smoking 2 less cigarettes per day, etc.
Complete your goal each day and make your X on your virtual card in the app every day.
At the end of 49 days, your card will be complete and your new habit will be achieved. You won't need to continue the card, you can start a new one.

Be sure to take advantage of our "Resident Reminder" feature in the settings which will put an icon in your notification tray so each time you check your notifications you'll see a reminder that you can do this!
