No such person or entity has the right to modify or make altercations to this software in any way. Such as but is not limited to: Attempted or successful reverse engineering attempts, attempting or making altercations to user data, attempting to or successfully package re-skinning for reuse or redistribution of any kind, attempting or making modifications to branding, attempting or making modifications to view data/sensitive information including advertisement network associated data, attempting to or successfully extracting the APK file.

All violations of the terms stated above and all other regulations under classification of the general "All Rights Reserved License" will be held accountable with a general purpose compensation fee of one million United States Dollars ($1,000,000 USD). Failure to comply with these terms will result in legal action. Failure to be present/failure to attend declared legal action will result in a compensation fee of fifty thousand United States Dollars ($50,000 USD) and a payment plan will be organized with or without the guilty party in the court of law. Failure to meet the specified payment plan terms may result in possible jail time or debt collection consisting of financial, physical, digital and any other assets specified by the violated party in the violators possession or current ownership.

This agreement is accepted by the user when installing this software and the display of this agreement to users falls under the responsibility of the digital distribution orginization, agency, website, application and or entity.

This agreement includes software (malicious or non malicious) and the user or creator of the violating software will be held accountable and will adhere to the responsibilities stated above.
