TSM Tracker is a useful app that helps you to use the
Sinclair Method in order to overcome alcohol addiction.
It reminds you to take your nal pills and tells you when
you can start drinking one hour later. In order to keep
track of your alcohol consumption you can make entries
in the drink diary section of TSM Tracker. Furthermore,
you can predefine drink units with quantity and alcohol
percentage. You can also define partial drink units
when you make an entry in the drink diary. The drink unit section gives you an weekwise overview of your total alcohol consumption.The chart section of the appis a graphical representation of your alcohol consumption from your drink diary.

After you start TSM Tracker you are in the nal schedule section of the app. Here
you can add scheduled intakes of nal by touching the add button in lower right
corner. You will get an alert to take a nal pill an 60 minutes later you will
get a second alert to start drinking.

In the drink unit section you can add self-defined drink units by quantity
and by alcohol. To add a drink unit, touch the add button in the lower right corner.Here can define the name, quantity and alcohol percentage of
the drink unit. In the settings menu of the app you can change the
units from oz to ml.

In the drink diary section of the TSM Tracker you can keep track of
your alcohol consumption. You can add a new entry by touching the
add button in the lower right corner.

Choose one of your predifned drink units. You can also define
partial drink units (e.g.: 50 %) . Then choose date and time and touch
'Create'.

The chart section gives you a graphical representation of your alcohol
consumption.

By pressing the main menu button in the upper left corner you can get
to the main menu from where you can reach every section of the
TSM Tracker directly.

In the settings section you can turn on/off sound and vibration for
the nal schedule alert. Furthermore you can choose for the drink units
'oz' or 'ml'. You can also delete some or all of your data.
