RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF SITE AND MATERIALS
In connection with the use of the Site, you shall abide by all applicable federal, provincial, state or local laws, including those pertaining to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement.

The Site contains material which is protected, nationally and internationally, by copyright and trademark laws. We have no obligation to detect the presence of any Rogue Programming. JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

Software from the Site is further subject to Canadian export controls.

TERMINATION
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from the Site and all copies and installations thereof. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from us if, in our sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
