Can't add a new credit card

Bug reporting

Hi,

I can't add a new credit card, so I can't buy applications on SlideME :( When I click the "Setup a card now!" button, there is an error message :

Server Error

This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.

One of my friends also tried without success. What should I do ?

Cluster instance problem

Seems instance from cluster that you landed on was used to hit the payment processor had an issue. I assume your friend also landed on the same front end.

Support engineers have attended to the problem.

For any such problems, all should kindly report via contact form, as such requests get escalated & propagated to the appropriate department.
