I couldn't find my application

I uploaded an application last week ，and it shows to be proven and published.
But now the question is i can't search it from the search column and no QR code created .
Is there any thing I missed or something wrong?

Please only submit one post to the forums for your question.

Your application was never approved on our store. Submitting an application and publishing it does not place it live on our store. All apps are reviewed by our team of editors.
Please refer to our Content Guidelines for more info on the application approval process (also found in the FAQ and the Developer Distribution Agreement you agreed to): http://go.slide.me/slideme-content-guidelines
There you will find the meaning of "To Be Approved" is not "proven" but still pending approval.
