how to select pay method?

I registered ok, but can't find such link to choose how I would pay. If link is picture will never see it, phone browser not showing pictures. Where is this link or have direct url to the page?

Billing Setup from Mobile

You will need fist to setup billing and register your payment method. As such information is best set when accessing from non-mobile device due to the pertaining information that is displayed, such menu options are available from non-mobile theme. If you wish to attempt from mobile browser, you can go to http://m.slideme.org/billing to setup billing.

Once you register your payment method, you can then simply use SAM to purchase without entering any sensitive information again.
