Is this Xperia Play optimized yet? If so, are the analog touch controls on the xperia pad useable?

Also, given it is optimized for Xperia, are the screen touch controls automatically removed?

Finally, following purchase do I need to move any other files over to the SD card (i.e. kwaak 3, ioquake3, etc.) or is this out of the box ready?
