I filled out a questionnaire 3 weeks ago about a custom made app from you guys, then filed a ticket the other day since i hadn't heard back from anyone. I still haven't heard back at all so before I look elsewhere I wanted to post to see if your forms aren't working. I received a confirmation email about the ticket and that's it, not even the NDA that's suppose to show up within 24 hours according to the questionnaire instructions.
