Hello HSK 3 is an expert application on HSK exercises for those who are about to participate in the HSK(Level-3) Test. This app. consists of three parts: Listening, Reading and Writing, which have covered all test points and item types in the HSK-3 Test. Important points for the test have been divided into new classifications on the basis of topics and item types. The HSK app. stresses mostly on combinations of study and exercise: the Study system includes the study of language points, core vocabulary, common expressions and how to answer questions of the HSK-3 tests; the Exercise system covers over 2,400 training exercises which are highly-consistent with the items in real tests, and you can also find an intensive analysis for each answer to each exercise.
Three parts of training:
1. Listening: 44 Topics under 9 Classifications, 662 Core Words, 662 Phrases and Expressions and 1,000 Specialized-design Exercises.
2. Reading: 19 Topics under 3 Types of Exercise, 195 Words, 285 Phrases and Expressions and 380 specialized-design Exercises.
3. Writing: 23 Classifications under 2 Types of Exercise, 574 vocabularies from HSK test syllabus, 12 common Sentence Patterns, and 914 specialized-design Exercises and Analysis.

Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

Unenforceable Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is, or is found to be, unenforceable under applicable law, that will not affect the enforceability of the other provisions of this Agreement.

Ownership of Intellectual Property and Limited License

All intellectual property to this Application, including all Application material, is protected by copyright, trademark, or patent laws, and is owned exclusively by HanSheng. Intellectual property, includes, but is not limited to, computer or software code, scripts, design elements, graphics, interactive features, artwork, text communication, and any other content that may be found on or in the Application. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned, registered and/or licensed by HanSheng. HanSheng grants to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to: download this Application to a mobile devise via a web browser; use this Application as herein set forth; copy and store this Application and the material on this Application in your web browser cache memory; and print pages from this Application for your own personal and non-commercial use. HanSheng does not grant you any other rights whatsoever in relation to this Application or the material on this Application. All other rights are expressly reserved by HanSheng.

Use and Prohibited Use Restrictions

You may use the Application only for your own personal, non-commercial use. The parties submit to personal jurisdiction within the City of Shanghai.
