iDialysis is a mobile application which allows you to track your blood pressure, weight during treatment, and if you are a diabetic patient your beginnning and ending blood glucose levels.

You can easily view your Blood Pressure in Table or Line Chart to track how well are dialysing, as well as Bar Charts for Weight and Blood Sugar Levels.
