1) Looplr is free to use on a WIFI connection. Please check your mobile operator contract with regards to costs of data consumed via their network.
2) Its for recording,uploading, sharing videos from your mobile device, made by you for the looplr community.
3) Its for anyone over 13 yrs of age
4) Its not for uploading copyrighted, illegal,hateful, or obscene content.
5) If you abuse these terms we reserve the right to delete your account and your videos without notice.
6) If you want to report videos that breach these terms please send e-mail abuse @looplr.com
7) looplr does not monitor content uploaded to the service.
8)You agree that by using looplr you accept these terms and you are responsible for the content you upload to looplr.
9) You agree that videos you upload to looplr can be used for such things as promotional campaigns,images videos,press releases .

Looplr its self does not share user data with any 3rd parties.
We store your videos on our servers mapped to your device in order to identify your device / username(s) as the owner of your videos.
Device Location is only provided when you upload a video to tag it with the ‘country and city‘ the video(s) are uploaded from.
LoopLR is an open video sharing platform , therefore your videos maybe viewed by anyone on LoopLR mobile apps, or via the LoopLR website, http://looplr.com. Your videos can also be shared to other social networks by other LoopLR users so maybe visible on these networks also.
If you create an account on LoopLR via Facebook,Twitter, or Google + , then we are not responsible for how your account data is managed by these external services. If in doubt please consult the privacy policy of the service concerned.
We do not rent, sell or share your e-mail address to any 3rd party.
We do not access your device contacts database without your permission.
We do not reveal your device / user identity with any 3rd party unless we are required to do so by a court order.
We do update this privacy policy from time to time.
If you are using FaceBook or Twitter login to enjoy LoopLR, please be aware that your activity on LoopLR may be published to your account/pages/streams on these networks. You can disable this functionality in 'social settings' in the LoopLR app settings menu.
