-Ensure your Nectar account address details are up to date, as this can delay getting started. The quickest way is to log into ‘My account’ at nectar.com or call us on 0844 811 0 811.
-If that’s not possible right now we’ve worked with user feedback to simplify the log in, so you can enter your date of birth instead of your postcode.
- Are you fully registered with us?
Even if you have been collecting Nectar points for some time but not yet registered, you’re missing out on information and offers! Importantly, you can’t spend your points until you’re registered either, so do it now at nectar.com, or using the Nectar App. This will also protect your points if your card is ever lost or stolen.
