Use Quitting every time you feel the urge to smoke a cigarette.
Tap on the lungs repeatedly. The lungs get cleaner.
You can restart any time by pressing 'Reset' in the menu.
There you can also disable and enable the haptic feedback (Vibrate).
Quitting therapeutically diminishes post-smoking stress like nervosity and tension, which arises, when the habitual occupation with a cigarette is gone.
Substitute this old pattern with tapping!
By that you also establish a new awareness for the regeneration of your lungs.
