freeze up

There is no place to put in yes or no in answer to a question

I have downloaded spider solitaire to my Pandigital 7, and it starts OK. But I only get the playing screen, and I am unable to get to anything else. In order to start a new game, I must delete the program and reload it. What am I doing wrong??
