Balance Changes
- Decreased rail gun fire rate, increased damage greatly
- Increased plasma cannon damage
- Decreased boss hit points after wave 80
- Number of enemy ship increase as wave progress
- Difficulty no longer affects prices, only enemy HP

New Features
- New ship, "Cloaked Heavy Cruiser", automated turret cannot target cloaked ships, but can still hit it. Also the health bar does not show up for cloaked ships.

Turret Target Priorities
- Closest - Targets the closest enemy
- Farthest - Targets the farthest enemy
- Strongest - Targets the enemy which causes the most damage
- Weakest - Targets the enemy that causes the least damage
- Thoughest - Targets the enemy with the most HP
- Most Damaged - Targets the enemy with the least HP
- Fastest - Targets the fastest enemy
- Diffculty is now associated with a saved game instead of a global setting.
Concering the new turret priorities, they can be set during the upgrade screen by selecting a turret, or by pausing the game during a wave.
I'll be working on a new help interface for the game next which will include detailed descriptions of enemy ships.
