"Treadmill workout" will help you to exercise less and get more benefits!
The basic idea of trreadmill interval workout(HIIT) is simple: the alternation of high and low intensity.
The purpose of treadmill interval workout(HIIT) is to burn more calories, lose more fat and build more muscle in less time.
How to use:
- get on the treadmill,
- select your level of physical fitness in application settings or create your own workout program,
- enter your weight to calculate burned calories,
- Just follow the progrss bar and the audio prompts and vary incline.
App can calculate your heart rates zone. It's based on Karvonen heart rate reserve method. Just enter your age and resting heart rate in settings.
If none of preset workout programs seems appealing - create your own workout program! In application settings you can set the duration of each interval in minutes.
