I use Wordmate ... and Wordmate supports StarDict dictionaries
I downloaded and installed this Italian dictionary for free ... quite easy

can you tell me if italian-english-italian translation is supported?
Stardict
Can't read stardict files even though I have the lastest version of Wordmate. Unpacked dict,ifo and idx files, but no luck.
Really useful!
I don't know how many entries the wordbooks have, but Its really responsive ! Things are found immediately. I threw everything at it that came to my mind, like "Brainfuck" in the PC-dictionary or "Beatles" to the Wordnet-dictionary.

great tool
UI is a bit simple but very smooth, results are found immediately.
The Wordnet dictionary has decent description and good layout.
