Cannot Download Pay applications

I am using a rooted pandigital novel. I can download free applications fine but when I try to download a non free one I get an error that says Device ID not found. Can not download application.

Any ideas?

Can not Download to my device

I am having the same problems as above. I have a SmartQ V7 and can download free apps ok. After getting my credit card verified, I then tried to download a pay app and I get this error message. "Device ID not found, Can not download"

As Above any Ideas?

Please raise an issue by contacting support from http://slideme.org/contact so support can provide you a SAM for you to try out that will also permit download of paid applications for devices without an IMEI (deviceID)
