i know how to upload an app but what software do i use to make an app?

Hi, this is Eunice. I have a Pandigital Multimedia eReader and I want to download Comcast Apps so I can download movies. Do you have an apps compatible to Xfinity with Comcast? I tried to call Pandigital, but THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Just Great! Now I can never get my money back. Please help!
