SlideLock Key vs new phone

Assume a user who bought an application (which is protected with the SlideLock Key mechanism) buys a new phone. Will he be able to use the app on the new phone without purchasing it again?

SlideLocked app

Providing user contacts support so change can be made for new device and make old device obsolete. A SlideLock'ed application can not run on multiple devices.

If a user has a 'Completed' transaction, then it can be downloaded again from SAM's StorageLocker without being billed again.
