Why am I unable to upload my app?

Well first I went to Appsgeyser and was able to upload and install my app but I can't upload it here though.

Hello,

We only accept applications that you (or a team) has programmed themselves. We do not accept ones that anyone can fabricate with a website's app builder. In other words, we only approve real applications made by real developers.

Well I did make my own blog and I also tried to upload my blog here but couldn't do it. So how do I upload my blog? Thanks
