I''ve tried to download the application many times but failed. please help and for your info, I'm using HTC one.

Make sure you have "Unknown Sources" enabled in your Settings > Applications/Application Manager.

If you cannot download the public SlideME (SAM) on our homepage, then this is an issue with the wireless connection on your device. We are unable to troubleshoot such issues from our end.
