When trying to download any app says application failed or canceled????

SAM (SlideME Application Manager)

When ever i try to download anything its says that it was canceled or failed or was already downloaded??? please help

I am also getting the same

I am also getting the same error.
I registered in SAM and logged in, then tried to download, still getting the same error.

Pls help.

In the form, provide the details of your device, such as device manufacturer, model, and Android OS version. Also, please provide the version of the SlideME Market(SAM) application installed on your device:

In SAM 4.x
The version number we require can be found from SAM > Menu > Help, and we require the full version number (red text on some releases) including the Pxx value.

In SAM 5.x
The version number we require can be found from SAM > About, and we require the full "SAM version" value.

We are asking the above details as we may need to provision an update of the SlideME (SAM) app for your device.

I even could not register my tablet on hcl touch online.it ask for serial no ,I enter it,but continuously showing wrong number
