The keyboard works fine but if I want to download a skin pack, it won't load the page...anyone else with the same problem?

long story short,
bought this app before need to download it again, still have my proof of purchase, do i need to pay again to download?

If you purchased it through SlideME, you do not have to pay again to download.

You can login to your StorageLocker and re-download your purchased applications in case of a device reset or an application update.

From the SlideME Market (SAM) app installed on your device, go to menu, more and then StorageLocker. Enter your SlideME credentials and you will see the list of all applications you can re-download for no charge.

getting updated

hi, i payed that apps on the market a few month ago, i had to re-image my android device from scratch and i do not get the better android keyboard from the market. i still do have my google checkout original mail that proof my purchase. how can i get the application now?

in the email checkout i can read this

"Better Keyboard Unlock Key - ==If you had previously purchased this unlock key, you do NOT need to buy it again, just email us the order number then we... "

so what is your email, so i can mail to you that number, i've been trying to reach you guys for the past 2 weeks.

someone from betterandroid is monitoring this post ? i'm still waiting to get some update from you guys, i bought this app already months ago, but i cant get update. tell me the course of action i need to take to get the application now please.

I have the same problem, i bought this app this year on market and now i cant find this excellent app, i had to hard reset my motorola droid 2 global,fortunately I did a back up, and I could reinstall you app, the thing is that i cant update it , i have the better keyboard 8 (gingerbread edition) v8.9.2.

What can i do?????

Have filed a complaint with google over your account's dismissal and would expect others to do it as well coz I think you have the best keyboard out there. Literally, I have used all of the keyboards and none of the match the precision of typing and the speed at which the app reacts. I love the app and will support it as much as I can and would love to see you guys back on the android market. Cheers!

By what path did you file your complaint with Google?? I filed a complaint with the developer with no response.

I bought and payed for the app

had to replace my phone now the app i paid for is unavailable on the market and i don't wish to pay all over again.

Same thing happened to me, accept I had to do a factory reset on my device only to find out the same thing... very unsettling!!
