Applications running on devices?

How do I find the applications that actually run on a device? I don't see any information about the SDK the application was developed for or the certificate the apk was signed with?

As a developer you will soon be announced along with all other developers to update their application profiles.
This information will soon become available to users via SAM & on this site.
cant find downloads
Why isnt there a link to get the downloads?? i findly got sam on my phone but now i can not get hurricane tracker.
