Freezer Burn - GO Launcher EX
This theme has a complimentary look to stock ICS while spicing things up a bit. Freezer Burn will not be a half-baked theme but be as complete and coherent as I can make it.
There are still a few things that need to be fixed but the current themes factory is broken and will not allow for the correct mods to be made. Once the themes factory is fixed, I will update.

1. Download Freezer Burn Theme
2. Install
3. Press "Done"
4. Press your home button
5. Press menu at the home screen
6. Press themes
7. Swipe over to the right page
8. Select Freezer Burn
9. Press apply
